Delivery

Once we receive your order, we will digitize your design within 1–2 working days (if it has not already been digitized). Where required, we’ll send you a digital mock-up for approval before production begins. Once you approve the artwork, your personalized clothing will be produced and dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

Items that are personalized, bespoke, or altered to include logos, embroidery, heatseal, etc., are not resellable and not eligible for return unless faulty.

Faulty Items and reselable items (non-customised) items could be return in 15-days.
